THE regional education department has published the law that sets out the timetable for school enrollment for the 2022-2023 academic year, and for the first time families will be able to carry out the whole process online. The document, published today (Tuesday) in the DOGV (Diari Oficial de la Generalitat) where all new laws appear, also gives instructions on the enrollment process for both types of publically funded schools: publico (funded and run by the state) and concertado (publically funded but privately run) schools. The timetable does not include private schools.
For Infants and Primary, the online application period opens on 26 April and closes on 4 May. Definitive admissions lists will be published on 3 June, from which date families who have been offered a place can begin the registration process online, up until 21 June. Those who prefer to register in-person can do so from 22 June to 6 July.
For Secondary Education, la ESO, and Bachillerato, the online application period is from 26 May to 3 June. Definitive lists of those admitted in la ESO will be published on 18 July and online registration will begin the same day until 21 July. In-person registration will be from 19 to 22 July.
